Halloween Parade

This afternoon was the annual Halloween Parade that the sweet Hunter family puts on every year. This is our 3rd year participating and I always look forward to it b/c it is so fun to see so many sweet friends and just have a change to hang out and see all the sweet kiddos. Dave got to the parade a little late b/c he came from work and Ella Kate sure was glad to see him :) This morning when I told Ella Kate we were going to dress up and be in a parade today she told me that she wanted to be a pumpkin, I should be a ghost and Daddy should be a cat. Well, sorry Ella Kate but you were little Orphan Annie this year. Lele made the cute wig and the dress was actually my little Annie dress when I was 2. I thought she looked so cute and we all had a great time and then went out to dinner afterwards.

Ella Kate posing with Dr. Webb. She thought he looked pretty cool! Dr. Webb is also who will be delivering "Baby Brother" any day now :)

Ella Kate was pretty excited when Papa showed up at the parade.

Little Annie must have seen something that caught her eye....

Playing fun fames at the Halloween parade with Pres.

I love the look Pres is giving Ella Kate.

Happy Fall Ya'll

Normally my favorite month is summer but being 9 months pregnant I am so thankful that the weather is getting cooler and my new favorite season is now Fall. Below are some pictures of recent fun activities.

Ella Kate's 2 Year Old Class Fall Party

Ella Kate and I at her Fall Party at pre-school.

Ella Kate was super excited about a cupcake with icing.

All of the kids in her little class are so sweet. The teachers had all of the kids wait until everyone was served and they had said a blessing before eating. They were all so sweet and patient.

They painted pumpkins as the craft project for the fall party. So cute!!!!

Ella Kate was really into painting her pumpkin.

Dave and I loved getting to go to the Fall Party and watch her interact with the teachers and other kids.
So proud of her pumpkin.

Ella Kate's sweet friend Pres that is in her pre-school class. We just love this little boy!!

Some of the kiddos playing.

Burt's Pumpkin Patch
Ella Kate loved loved loved the pumpkin patch.

Our sweet little girl.

Ella Kate and her Papa.

It is hard to get a family picture with everyone looking - but we tried :)

One of the last few pictures of our little family of 3. In about 10 days we will be a family of 4 :)

Ella Kate and her buddy Aunt Laura. She calls her Aunt "Wawa"

The boys helping Dave pick up his prize pumpkin.

Dave and his pride and joy :)

Ella Kate helping LeLe pick out a few more pumpkins.

A quick view of a "few" of the pumpkins at Burt's.

Ella Kate riding on LeLe's back. Ella Kate loves her family!!!

Uncle Jason was kind enough to push Miss Priss around in the wheel barrow.

I just love this little girl.

Toy Story on Ice
Ella Kate loved going to see Toy Story on Ice. During intermission and at the end she kept asking where did they go.

Very intent on watching the show. She told us her favorite was "Buzz Lightyear."

Lunch with Caroline

Cute pictures of Ella Kate and Caroline at lunch in Vinings at the Burger Club. They were so sweet and shared really good together. I love it that they held hands for the picture. Ella Kate is 2.5 months older than Caroline - so it is great that they are so close in age.

North GA State Fair 2010

This past Thursday night Dave and I took Ella Kate to the North GA State Fair. She had an absolute blast - as this was the first time she could really ride the rides. She loved all the rides and could not get enough of them. She was in heaven from the rides, animals, and she even got to see part of the Charlie Daniel's Band concert.

Ella Kate sporting her cowgirl boots trying to decide on which ride to ride first.

So excited about the fair!!!
She loved the carousel :)

Dave taught her to say "Ride her till she bucks ya". So she repeated that on every ride she got on. :)
We taught her that she had to give her tickets to the ride operator. She took it all very seriously.

Her absolute favorite ride - Nemo!!!!

She was not so sure about this ride - but we were so proud of her because she did not cry or try to get out she just covered her eyes. So funny :)

She loves to "drive anything" and always ask if she can drive home from where ever we are going.
Happy Girl!! When we were leaving the fair she kept asking "Can we ride just one more ride."

Recent Ella Kate funny sayings... At lunch on Sunday Dave tried to get Ella Kate to try some black eyed peas. She responded with "Maybe when I am bigger."
