Ella Kate is 20 months today! Time flies. When she got up from her nap she said TeeTee so I immediately took her to her potty. I am so very proud!!! She teeteed for the very first time in her potty!!! Wahoooooooooooo
Such an exciting day for a Mommy!
We had a great Valentine's weekend and I hope everyone else did too. We had fun sledding on Saturday morning and then enjoyed a fun hike to the top of Kennesaw Mtn with the dogs while Ella Kate napped at Papa and LeLe's. Dave and I celebrated Saturday night and went out to a nice dinner in Atlanta. The food was great and it was such a nice and fun night out just the two of us. Sunday morning we played with a few surprises that "Cupid" left Ella Kate before heading out to sunday school and church. Dave had beautiful flowers waiting for me when I got up and had a giant singing balloon for Ella Kate. We came home after church and cooked and just enjoyed a relaxing day.
I am so thankful for both of my Valentines, Dave and Ella Kate. They both keep me constantly laughing and remind me daily to enjoy and appreciate the little things.

Dave was so excited about the snow that he woke Ella Kate and I up with a snow balls. We ate a quick breakfast got bundled up in tons of layers and braved the icey streets to Papa and LeLe's b/c Dave said their neighborhood had the best streets for sledding. Well he was right we had so much fun.
After sledding a little with Papa and LeLe we headed over to the King/Hastings and Dave told the boys to get dressed in a hurry b/c they were missing the best sledding. The boys got ready super fast, especially Gil. Papa, Kelly, and I even joined in the sledding fun. Unfortunately I did not get Kelly and I on video but we have witnesses to confirm that we sledded too!

A few weekends ago Nana and Aunt Helen came to visit us for a short weekend trip. That same Saturday David Fennelly came over to help Dave work on the basement so Riley Grace and Ella Kate got in a little play time. They are so cute together and Riley Grace is such a sweet girl and takes good care of Ella Kate.

Ella Kate has school tomorrow and last weeks homework assignment was to bring Valentine's for all the kids in her class. Ella Kate just goes to school on Tuesdays and I think there are 6 or 7 kids in her Tuesday class but throughout the week there are a total of 12 kids in the toddler class.
We decided it would be more fun to make the Valentines so Daddy and Ella Kate worked on the glitter and Mommy and Ella Kate did the stickers together. It was alot of fun and Ella Kate really got into it.
