Our sweet neighbors had a Christmas Cookie Party and Ella Kate had a fun time playing and decorating cookies. I am so thankful that we have such great neighbors with kids close to Ella Kate's age. I can't wait for this summer when we can all meet up at the pool again!

We were extra lucky this Christmas to get to spend it with both sides of our family. We went to B'ham for the day on Christmas Eve Eve and Ella Kate had a blast playing with all of her little cousins.

Posing with sweet Uncle Wendell. Uncle Wendell's brother, Leon, and my dad were best of friends growing up in Gardendale, AL. In fact my Mom and Dad introduced Uncle Wendell to my Mom's sister Aunt Ann :) Uncle Wendell used to take me and Wanda four wheeling and I will never forget one time he showed me a tree that still had Leon and my Dad's name carved in. I sure do wish my Dad could meet Baby Ella Kate and Baby John but I know he would have been happy to see Uncle Wendell enjoying them :)

On Christmas Eve we had an extra special surprise! Yes, believe it!! Santa stopped by for a quick visit!! Thanks Santa!
Josh told Santa exactly what he wanted. My two were in the words of Ella Kate, "A little be scared." :)
