Our second full park day we went back for a second day at the Magic Kingdom. The park did not open until 9am but because we had 8:20am breakfast reservations at Cinderella's Castle we got to enter the park at 8am. It was so cool to see the park basically before everyone else.

Princess Aurora
John was initially a little shy with Aurora but then he initiated the hug. We all laughed :)

Ella Kate was impressed that Ariel's autograph was different depending on what outfit she was wearing. :) She signed differently when she was wearing her mermaid tail in the grotto.
Princess Jasmine had fun kidding John about his hair. She said that he needed some Camel spit to help him style it.
We loved going in February as our longest line was probably 10 mins and we got the entire Theater to ourselves to watch Philarmagic - we loved this show.

Boat ride to Tom Sawyers Island. This was a favorite for us. Ella Kate and John loved exploring all the caves on the island. They are both little adventurers just like their Daddy.

We were excited to see my old college roommate, Alana, and her family at the Magic Kingdom. They live in Tampa and were just up for the day. John showed Mason his sword that he got at Cinderella's Royal Table Breakfast when the crowned him "Lord." He carried that thing around with him the rest of the trip.
Jungle Cruise. Dave and I thought our guide was hilarious. We were the only ones that laughed at all his jokes. HaHa
We headed back to the Wilderness Lodge for a late lunch/early dinner break and a quick cookie decorating.

Back to the Magic Kingdom for nighttime fun. We loved the parks at night with all the lights, fireworks, parades, etc. Extra magical :)
Meeting Rapunzel.
Rapunzel liked Ella Kate's light up Minnie Mouse pen.
Rapunzel also talked to Ella Kate about how pretty her double name was and how she thought she might change her name to Rap Unzel to be like Ella Kate. Ella Kate just beamed with excitement.

While we were walking into the Pirates of the Caribbean ride John had his sword drawn ready to fight. One of the Disney Cast Members spotted him and immediately initiated a sword fight. John was in heaven. They had quite the audience watching their fight and John was absolutely serious about it.
The Pirates of the Caribbean ride was pretty scary and Ella Kate closed her eyes the entire time. John was not bothered by it at all and told us "Ok guys stick with me" and after numerous sword fights during the ride when we exited he asked the cast member "Did I get them all?" Ohhh John you are a smart and witty little thing.
