The next stop on our Tybee / Savannah tour was Fort Pulaski. Not sure who was more excited - Dave or John.
When we entered the visitor center for Fort Pulaski we met a Park Ranger and he asked John and Ella Kate if they would like to become Junior Rangers. He gave them a booklet that they had to complete during our tour of Fort Pulaski to earn the title of Junior Ranger. Dave LOVED this and the kids enjoyed the "treasure hunt" to find clues and complete their Junior Ranger assignment.

After Fort Pulaski we checked out of our hotel on Tybee Island and headed to Savannah. We stayed at the Hyatt and our room was right over the River. So cool to watch the enormous cargo ships come by.
