Santa even left new sleeping bags! Although Dave was not to sure about taking Junior camping in a gingham bear sleeping bag. :) Loved the look on Dave's face when he spotted John's new sleeping bag. Priceless.
These two slept until almost 8am. We were all dying for them to wake up to check out their loot. They both slept together in Ella Kate's bed. They were so cute snoozing away together!

Our stove broke on Christmas Eve Eve which meant while we cooked Breakfast Casserole on the grill the kiddos got Chocolate Cake for Christmas Morning Breakfast! Notice Ella Kate's new american girl doll joined them for breakfast.

And now for the big present from Mommy and Daddy! Surprise! We are going to Disney World February 6th - February 12th! We gave the kids a countdown board and they have been quite diligent with updating it every morning. As of today we are at 35 days.
They loved their Mickey and Minnie balloons.
We played Disney music and they danced all around the house with them.
After lunch everyone was exhausted - time for naps in their new sleeping bags.
John was back at it - making "rainbows".
They set this up all by themselves. I loved it. They layed their sleeping bags in Ella Kate's room and put their new Mickey and Minnie balloons at the head of each of their sleeping bags. The pulled out all their "Disney" stuffed animals to snuggle with. This is how they have slept for the last 3 or 4 nights until I insisted they had to start sleeping in their actual beds again. Love it that they are starting to sleep together :)
